Bill Hartman is an Investment Officer for First Security Bank. Bill is a Certified Financial Planner and Registered Investment Advisor with over 35 years of experience in the Investment and Planning industries. He holds degrees from Purdue University, Indiana University, and the College for Financial Planning. Bill is a former Rotarian and has been a member of the Financial Planning Association for over 25 years. He and his wife, Vickie, live in Batesville and have two children, Colin and Victoria.
